Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about certification, turnaround, verification and confidentiality. If something is still unclear, we will talk it through with you directly.

Does USCIS accept your translations?

Yes. Every translation is delivered with a signed certificate of accuracy (certificate of accuracy) in the format USCIS and other federal agencies require. If a formatting correction is ever requested, we make it at no charge.

How long does a certified translation take?

Standard delivery is 8 to 12 hours for 1-2 page documents. Rush service delivers in 1-2 hours with a 35% surcharge. Longer documents are quoted separately.

How does verification by code and QR work?

Every certified document carries a unique code and a QR. Anyone – an officer, an attorney, a university – can scan it and confirm authenticity on our site. It works from both TriExpert domains and never expires.

Are my documents safe?

Yes. Documents are handled confidentially and deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery. Only you and the assigned team can access them.

Which languages do you handle?

We currently offer certified translations in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

How much does it cost?

The base rate is $15 per page. Rush service adds 35% and delivery in printed as well as digital format adds 20%. Use the estimator for an instant calculation.

Question not on the list?

Write to us and we will come back with a clear plan for your document, at no obligation.

Will you let us measure how you use the site? It is our own cookie, holding a random number, so we can tell how many people who see the form end up ordering. We do not keep your IP or your browser, and nobody else sees it. You can say no and the site works just the same. More detail in the privacy policy
